Shipping & Taxes Policy

Monves dispatches orders from Hong Kong and delivers to customers worldwide. This policy explains our shipping charges, processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and the handling of duties and taxes.
Shipping Charges
Hong Kong
Delivery within Hong Kong is complimentary on every order, with no minimum purchase required. Orders are normally sent by SF Express or another suitable local carrier.
International Orders
International orders over US$100 qualify for complimentary shipping.
For orders below US$100, the available services and charges are calculated according to the destination and shown at checkout before payment.
Processing Times
Ready-stock items are normally prepared and dispatched within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Custom and made-to-order straps normally require 7-14 business days before dispatch. Production times may vary according to the design and specifications. Where a different timeframe applies, it will be stated on the product page or confirmed directly with the customer.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Hong Kong: normally 1-2 working days after dispatch.
- International destinations: normally 7-14 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, local import procedures, severe weather, carrier disruption, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Express or alternative shipping services may be offered at checkout for eligible destinations.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed after the order has been dispatched. It may take a short time for the carrier's tracking system to show the first update.
Duties and Taxes
Taxes and import duties are calculated at checkout where supported.
When Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service is available, the applicable duties and taxes are collected or prepaid as part of the order. Where duties, taxes, or other import charges are not included at checkout, they remain the recipient's responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority before delivery.
Customs rules vary by destination. Monves cannot control or predict charges imposed by authorities outside Hong Kong.
If a parcel is refused or returned because required import charges were not paid, the customer may be responsible for the return cost and any additional carrier charges. These costs may be deducted from an eligible refund where permitted by law.
Delivery Attempts and Collection
Depending on the carrier and destination, an unsuccessful delivery may result in another delivery attempt or the parcel being held at a local service point for collection. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking and collect the parcel within the carrier's stated period.
Please make sure the delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
Delays, Loss, or Delivery Problems
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or your parcel appears to be lost, contact us at info@monves.club. We will work with the carrier to investigate and help reach an appropriate resolution.
Monves is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, incorrect delivery information, carrier disruption, or other events outside our reasonable control. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
