Monves Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the strap must be in unused condition: no creases, no bending, no wear marks, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. The buckle tongue must not have been inserted into any holes. Proof of purchase is required.

Ready Stock Straps & Accessories

Unused ready-stock straps and accessories can be returned for a full refund (minus the original shipping cost).

If the strap shows any signs of wear, a restocking fee of up to 70% may apply, depending on its condition.

Custom-Made Straps

We take great care in crafting each custom or personalized strap according to your specifications. Because these items are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, color preferences, or appearance-related reasons once production has begun.

Exceptions (full or partial refund may be considered):

  Significant manufacturing defects

  Quality issues that make the strap unwearable

  Assembly problems caused by our production error

In such cases, please contact us with clear photos and details. We will review each situation individually and work with you to find the best solution, which may include repair, remake, or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a custom order, we must receive your request before production starts. Once production has commenced, cancellation will not be possible.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@monves.club within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and reason for return. We will review your request promptly. Approved returns will receive a return address and instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

You are generally responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective items due to our error).

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake, contact us right away. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs (up to US$25 for international orders) and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  Sale items

  Gift cards

  Perishable goods

  Personal care items

  Hazardous materials

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different strap is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our policy already aligns with this requirement, subject to the unused condition rules stated above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping costs).

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, feel free to contact us.
