Return & Refund Policy

We want every Monves strap to arrive as expected and wear beautifully. If something is not right, contact us and we will help resolve it fairly.

Return Window


You may request a return of an eligible ready-stock item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To begin a return, email info@monves.club with your order number and reason for the request. Please do not send an item back before receiving return approval and instructions from us. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Return Condition


Returned items must be handled only as reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and fit. They must be returned with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

A strap may not qualify for a full refund if it has been worn or shows creases, bending, scratches, stains, odour, altered holes, buckle-tongue marks, or other signs of use or damage.

Where permitted by law, Monves may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item. Items that have been materially used, altered, or damaged after delivery may be refused.

Ready-Stock Straps and Accessories


Eligible ready-stock straps and accessories returned in their original condition will receive a refund to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges and optional express-delivery upgrades are not refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Custom, Personalised, and Made-to-Order Items


Custom, personalised, and made-to-order items are produced to the customer's selected specifications. Where permitted by law, they cannot be cancelled after production begins or returned because of a change of mind, colour preference, fit preference, or other appearance-related reason.

This exclusion does not apply when an item is faulty, damaged, materially different from the agreed specifications, or made incorrectly by Monves.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email info@monves.club with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate repair, replacement, remake, or refund. Monves will cover reasonable approved return shipping costs for items affected by a manufacturing fault, transit damage, or our fulfilment error. Please obtain approval before arranging a return shipment.

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, unauthorised alteration, and natural changes in leather such as patina are not manufacturing faults.

Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned for a change of mind where permitted by law:


Custom, personalised, or made-to-order goods.



Gift cards.



Items clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.



Items that have been materially worn, altered, damaged, or returned incomplete.


Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied goods are not affected.

Exchanges


We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain another size, colour, or style is to request an approved return and place a new order. The replacement order may be placed before the return is completed if you wish to secure available stock.

Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service, as the parcel remains the customer's responsibility until it is received by Monves.

For confirmed faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, Monves will cover reasonable return shipping costs agreed with you in advance.

Refunds


We will inspect the returned item and notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.

Your bank or card provider may require additional time to display the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed the refund, contact info@monves.club.

Any permitted deduction for diminished value, unpaid import charges, or additional return costs will be explained before the refund is finalised.

European Union and Other Statutory Rights


Customers in the European Union generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from qualifying distance purchases. Exceptions may apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. Customers may also be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer's country, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Where this policy conflicts with applicable consumer law, the law will take precedence.
