At Monves, we are committed to ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of your orders from our Hong Kong–based operations. Please review the following shipping policy for a clear understanding of our order processing, delivery timelines, and shipping terms.
Order Processing
Upon confirmation of your order, we will prepare and dispatch it from our warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). This timeframe relates solely to order preparation and does not include transit duration.
Estimated Transit Times
International Orders
International orders are typically in transit for 7–11 days, subject to destination and carrier performance.
Domestic Orders (Hong Kong)
For deliveries within Hong Kong, orders are processed and delivered within 1–2 working days. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 17:30.
Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong)
All orders within Hong Kong are shipped via SF Express.
Delivery is typically completed within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Complimentary shipping is provided on all purchases, with no minimum order requirement.
International Shipping
We fulfil all international orders from our Hong Kong facility using established global forwarding services. Shipping timelines may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier performance.
Additional Shipping Terms
Shipments are processed under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, where applicable. Any duties and taxes included under DDP are prepaid by the shipper.
A single delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, the package may be held at the nearest service point for self-collection in accordance with the carrier’s policy.
Product prices exclude shipping fees, which are automatically calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination.
International shipping costs generally range from USD $20 to $40, depending on destination and service level.
Monves cannot assume responsibility for delays arising from customs procedures, additional import requirements imposed by destination countries, or other external factors beyond our control during transit.
Where duties, taxes, or import charges are not covered under DDP, the recipient remains responsible for any such fees. If an order is returned due to unpaid charges, any additional shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
