For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee will be shown at checkout (based on your location and speed chosen).

Processing Time

Ready-made straps usually ship within 2-5 business days. Custom or made-to-order straps may take 7-14 days as they’re handmade just for you.

Delivery Time

Standard worldwide shipping: 7-14 business days.

Express options (faster delivery) available at checkout if you need it sooner.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs & Duties

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable in your country) are your responsibility.

Delays or Issues

We’ll always help track or resolve carrier problems, but we’re not liable for delays once the package is in transit.

Monves Refund Policy

Monves wants you to be thrilled with your premium leather or other watch straps. Here’s a straightforward guide to our returns, refunds, and exchanges:

Key Rules

•  You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

•  Straps must be completely unused and unworn (no creases, bends, scratches, or buckle use – leather shows marks easily!).

•  Items need original packaging, tags, and everything that came with it.

•  Original shipping fees are not refunded.

•  Refunds go back to your original payment method (may take 7-10 working days to show up).

If It’s Faulty or Our Error

•  Full refund, exchange, or replacement – no hassle.

•  We cover return shipping costs.

•  We also offer a strong warranty on craftsmanship (covers making defects, not wear/tear or damage).

Ready-Made Straps (In Stock)

•  Fully unused: Full refund (minus original shipping).

•  If tried on or shows any wear: May have a restocking fee (up to 50-70%, based on condition) since we can’t resell as new.

Custom or Made-to-Order Straps

•  Fully unused: 80% refund (20% fee, as they’re made specially for you).

•  Once production starts, cancellations may still have the fee.

Rubber or Cut-to-Size Straps

•  Must be uncut, complete set, and show no signs of use.

Exchanges

•  Easy! We’ll refund the original (following rules above), and you can order the new one right away (even before returning).

•  We’ll guide you on next steps – don’t ship without approval.
