International orders over US$100 qualify for complimentary shipping. For orders below US$100, the available shipping options and charges will be shown at checkout.

Ready-stock items are normally dispatched within 2-5 business days. Custom and made-to-order straps normally require 7-14 business days before dispatch because each piece is made to your specifications. If a different production time applies, it will be stated on the product page or confirmed with you directly. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.

After dispatch, delivery within Hong Kong normally takes 1-2 working days. Standard international delivery normally takes 7-14 business days, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and carrier performance.

Taxes and import duties are calculated at checkout where supported. When Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service is available, the applicable charges are collected or prepaid as part of the order, so there should be no additional payment on delivery. Where duties or taxes are not included at checkout, the recipient is responsible for any charges imposed by the destination country. The available arrangement will be shown during checkout.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving an eligible ready-stock item. The strap must not have been worn beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and must remain free from creases, scratches, stains, buckle-hole marks, or other signs of use. Custom, personalised, and made-to-order straps are created to your specifications and cannot normally be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, or made incorrectly.

Please contact info@monves.club as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

The fastest way to change your selection is to request an approved return and place a new order for the preferred item. This helps secure your chosen colour and size while it is available.
